Tip #5 that will take you to another level:
As cliché as it sounds, it’s true that quitters never win and winners never quit. Just keep in mind that studies have shown that if you stick with your company for at least 10 years, and are actively engaged in your business, chances are you will be one of the top producing leaders in your company.
Everyone has his up and downs, but as long as you stay plugged in the system and don’t quit your business, you can pick up yourself with the help of the team around you. Don’t give up on yourself. Get inspired again. A good company will provide you some resources.
What have you learnt and achieved since you joined the company? Look back and see how much you have grown.

Quitters never win; winners never quit
Also, review why you have joined the business? What’s the big why for you? Keep reviewing your goals and vision board on a regular basis. Yes, things can change. But most likely you can describe your goal and cause in much more detail over time. Things become clearer. But things also can be forgotten, somewhere out of sight, because life comes in. Get back on track, refocus and refine your vision and goals.
To win this game, quitting is not an option. You should delete this word from your vocabulary. Stick with it, talk the language, get the business in you and persist. But firstly believe in yourself. You can’t disappoint someone else, only yourself.

If you plan on succeeding in this industry, you need to accept real fast that you are in the people attraction business. If you’re not having fun you won’t be able to attract people to you or your business. Now, I’m not saying that every single day will be fun because that would be misleading. However, I am saying that you need to enjoy the process and find a way to have fun. Think about it, would you follow you?

Be the attraction!
Social and people skills can be really helpful with that. Spending the last years behind the computer, you will see where now my weakness is, people. Why do they not think like me?
A very good training place are networking events. My confidence to speak on this events grew over time. It won’t happen over night.
It really has to become a habit to talk to people. I easily fall back into the old trap, hiding behind the computer and communicating only via email.
So, how can this be fun? Listen to the person first, then adjust. Find something in common, that is really not so difficult. Leave the dark humour at home, at least when you meet people the first time. It can go just sooo wrong, trust me on this
Make people feel good and important. They easily open up and they like to be around you. Meeting people once is not enough to stick in their heads. Turn up to the meetings again, talk to the same people and you might even find something new about them.
Being around positive people can be really uplifting. However, ground yourself again and back to work. There is a difference between social networking and business networking. You have to draw the line here. And yes, work can be fun

It’s no secret that, in order to win and lead people, the best way to lead is through example. Make a decision that you will be the example that people should follow. The reality that most people don’t like to talk about is this: If you want to build a championship team and achieve all the success you dream about, there has to be a 3-5 year period of time that you are totally focused and in the trenches working with and developing your key people. Obviously, if your goal is to make an extra $500 a month, you could probably do that in your first month. But, I’m talking about living completely stress free and never having to worry about money ever again.
My goal is to live an above average, inspiring, different and exciting life. And this can’t be achieved over night. Your commitment over a period of time and the discipline to follow a system will guarantee your success. You got a No today? Great, move on because you are one step closer to the next Yes.

You Can Do It!
The right mind set and the right people around you will make the journey easier. Believe in yourself and in the industry! Let no doubt coming up, it will just give you a hard time. Set yourself some standards. If they are low standards, guess where your life will end up? Set the standards high, for yourself and the people around you. That gives you a direction and a goal.
In our team, Team Fitness Global, we have a document listing all affirmations and statements true to our team. They should be read out aloud every day, preferable several times a day. Here some examples:
Statements:
- Success is a journey, which is a process not a payoff!
- Thought coupled with action can create your destiny!
- If you’re not where you know you deserve to be then take action now!
Affirmations:
- I was born successful and have always been successful and I am gaining more success every day!
- I am able to ask for what I deserve.
- Every day I wake up to more abundance!
The typical school will teach you work ethic to work for someone else, we can teach you work ethics to work for yourself!

Tip 2:
Now, this doesn’t mean that you need to neglect your spiritual life or your family life. But, you need to think about and focus on what you want constantly. Brian Tracy, success coach and author, says that successful people are “future oriented” In other words, they’re focused on where they’re going and where they’ll be in 5 years. It’s because of this focus on what they want, that enables them to accomplish more than the average person.
You need to determine your reason why. Why do you chose to join a team or do this kind of business. This creates a picture of the future you want to attain. Match your dream with real pictures. Create your own personal vision board. you don’t need to share this with other, however it would force you a bit more to be accountable. This vision board becomes a constant reminder that you have made this commitment to yourself.

Go and Get It
Setting a goal with a specific time point allows you also to determine milestones. This gives your journey a realist touch. You then know what you have to achieve in a month or in a week to be on track with your goal. This doesn’t not allow procrastination to occure, otherwise your goal moves further away again.
Remind yourself daily where you want to be in 1 month, 1 year and 5 years. This determines your day to day task list. Have you done something today that brings you closer to your goal? Yes – great tick it off your list, celebrate and move on to the next step. No – do it now if you are really committed to yourself!

Building a business is not a sprint, we need to realize it is a marathon. And there will be up and down times. That’s life. I recently was given 5 tips that will keep you on track, given you have the patience and the commitment to make it happen.
Tip 1:
It’s been said that everything you want in your life, whether it’s in your business or in your personal life, lies outside of your comfort zone. Whether you’re trying to get in great shape or trying to have a great family, it takes a tremendous amount of effort to succeed. It’s no different with your business and your goals. Your success will require you to do things that most people wouldn’t do. However, if you do them, you’ll have a life that most people won’t.
What do you see outside of your comfort zone? Adventure or fear? Opportunity or uncertainty? A one-way or a return ticket? How big is your desire to succeed in life?

Become a Superstar
Imagine to simply follow a guideline step-by-step and you become a Superstar -> guaranteed!
You think this is impossible?
I suggest you change your belief.
It is so simple, but it is not easy. Why? Because people love to take shortcuts or they think they know better. People struggle to commit to something especially when there is not immediate gratification. Discipline is also not everyone’s favourite. That’s why bHIP is not for everyone.

Did you ask yourself what your purpose in life is? Honestly, I have never confronted myself with this question, so it was never an issue for me, until now. Why? I believe because everything was given to me. Be it from the parents, from the school, from the government or from the system we live in. It just never came to my mind to think about this.
But then I was ready, ready to break out of the comfort zone. And here I am … feeling absolutely naked without a purpose in life. Why am I here? What am I meant to do here? What’s the point in gaining so much knowledge when I am not happy in this world? I spent in total 27.5 years in some kind of educational institution, be it kindergarten, high school, undergrad or postgraduate studies. Despite acknowledging the privilege to have access to education like this, it still feels like a waste of time. Why? Read the rest of this entry
